Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

When can I arrive? Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your trek is scheduled to start. Upon arrival, pull into the yard where your trek leader will guide you on where to park. For safety reasons, please do not wander around the farm without your trek leader, as there may be machinery in operation.

Can I bring a pushchair/wheelchair? Due to the uneven terrain, pushchairs and wheelchairs are not suitable for our farm experiences. However, babies in carriers are welcome!

Can we roam the farm? As our farm is a working environment, there are restricted areas for safety reasons. We ask you to respect these boundaries. Rest assured, you will have plenty of opportunities to see the farm and our animals during your trek!

Where do we park? A staff member will direct you to the parking area upon your arrival. For security and safety reasons, only participants of the trek are allowed on site.

Can I bring my dog? For the safety of our sheep and the enjoyment of all visitors, we do not allow dogs on the farm. Please leave your four-legged friends at home.

Are children welcome? Children are very welcome, and our sheep love them! Please ensure that children are well-behaved, listen to instructions, and are supervised at all times. Activities are designed for children aged 3 and over, but we can accommodate younger children—just get in touch with us beforehand.

Can I come, but not trek? There is a spectator ticket available, enabling you to come and enjoy the walk and the beauty of the farm, but not lead a sheep .

What should we wear? Since the farm can get muddy, especially in poor weather, dress appropriately. Sturdy shoes or boots are essential; open-toed shoes or sandals are not allowed for the trek.

What if the weather is bad? We strive to continue treks in all weather conditions if it is safe for both our customers and sheep. If weather conditions force us to cancel, we will offer an alternative date within 12 months or provide a full refund.

Do you have toilets? Yes, we have a toilet with baby changing facilities available for your convenience.

Can I change my booking? We cannot make adjustments on the day of the trek. Please ensure your group numbers are correct when booking. If you need to make changes, contact us at least 12 hours before your trek. For cancellations, a minimum of 7 days' notice is required for a full refund.

But most of all, come and have fun! Enjoy our lovely sheep, beautiful surroundings, and make lasting memories!
